Dimensions Now Available to Victoria University of Wellington

Digital Science is proud to announce an agreement with the Victoria University of Wellington that will extend Dimensions access to users across the institution. Within Dimensions, users can explore the connections between over 139 million grants, publications, clinical trials, patents and policy documents.

Dimensions is a cutting-edge research insights platform designed to break down barriers to access and discovery. By adopting the tool, Victoria University can empower their researchers to explore the global research landscape with powerful search, advanced filtering, and intuitive analytics to help them navigate the data. Researchers will also gain seamless, one-click access to the full text for millions of publications.

Dr. Matthew Hall, Associate Director, Research Services at Victoria University noted, “The Research Office is excited to explore the large volume of data available in Dimensions. We’re particularly pleased to see the linkages between content, which will allow us to easily build a picture of the quality, reach and global impact of our research. Additionally, the powerful analytical views will provide an easy and quick snapshot of key research trends and help guide our strategic decision making at an institutional level.”

CEO and co-founder of Dimensions, Christian Herzog, adds, “A primary goal of creating Dimensions was to support researchers in their search for information and deliver the fastest route to the content they need. We are proud to collaborate with Victoria University to help transform the way their researchers can discover and analyze research.”
