Dimensions End User Terms for GPTs
Access to and use of Dimensions GPTs is subject to the Dimensions End User Terms together with the following additional terms, as may be updated from time to time. All rights granted by us to you in connection with a Dimensions GPT are subject to these Terms, which you agree to by building or using a Dimensions GPT or otherwise accepting.
About GPTs
“GPTs” are customized versions of ChatGPT, provided by OpenAI. The operation and availability of ChatGPT is outside of our control and responsibility. We do not control the generation of outputs received via GPTs, which may not be correct and should always be verified.
You will not use any part of Dimensions or a GPT in a manner that violates, or causes a violation of, any OpenAI policies or terms of use.
About Dimensions GPTs
Dimensions GPTs are GPTs that have been set-up to make requests and receive information from one or more Dimensions APIs or other Dimensions resources (“Dimensions API”).
The Dimensions API is part of Dimensions. The information and content from the Dimensions API is “Content” (as defined in the Dimensions general terms of use) and may be included in or used as a basis for outputs you receive from a Dimensions GPT. However some outputs from a Dimensions GPT may not include information or content sourced, or be based on, that from Dimensions and such outputs are not subject to these Terms.
There are two main types of Dimensions GPT: Public Dimensions GPTs and Private Dimensions GPTs.
Public Dimensions GPTs
Public Dimensions GPTs are Dimensions GPTs that we have built and chosen to make accessible to the public.
Private Dimensions GPTs
Private Dimensions GPTs are Dimensions GPTs that have been built on an Organization’s private ChatGPT account. Private Dimensions GPTs may be built by an Organization themselves or built by us on an Organization’s behalf. The written instructions and guidelines we provide in connection with the build of a Dimensions GPT are deemed Content.
If an Organization builds or modifies a Private Dimensions GPT, they should only do so as agreed with us in writing and in accordance with our written instructions and applicable guidelines, as may be updated from time to time. Without limiting the foregoing:
- you must not make changes to how a GPT interacts with the Dimensions API or to how data from the Dimensions API is used in connection with a GPT, including as to the scope or amount of such data may be provided to OpenAI or users of a Dimensions GPT, without our prior written and specific approval;
- you must not directly access or use the Dimensions API, but only make use via a GPT;
- you must not make the GPT public or otherwise allow access to it outside of your Organization’s private GPT account;
- you must not use the Dimensions API in connection with any GPT not set-up in accordance with our written instructions and applicable guidelines, or otherwise as agreed with us in writing;
- you must always comply with such rate and other usage limits as we may determine (at our discretion) are reasonable from time to time; and
- you must not permit or allow use of Content for OpenAI’s training purposes.
These restrictions apply to all Dimensions GPTs, to the extent applicable.
