Digital Science is proud to announce an agreement with the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) of New Zealand that will provide MBIE with access to Dimensions Analytics. Dimensions will allow MBIE staff to explore the research landscape and the connections between publications, grants, clinical trials, patents and policy documents.
Dimensions is a cutting-edge research insights platform designed to break down barriers to access and discovery. It brings together over 100 million publications, $1.3tn of grants, 455,000 clinical trials, 38 million patents, 420,000 policy documents, and their associated metrics.
MBIE will be able to use Dimensions to help contextualize the impact of New Zealand’s research both locally and internationally. It will further help uncover emerging areas of research within the country that provide evidence and observations on a range of their programs, including the New Zealand National Science Challenges.
Daniel Hook, CEO Digital Science, said: “New Zealand has always been an important market for Digital Science and we are delighted and excited to be working with MBIE NZ on this initiative.”
